Just hired a new call center team? Great! Add them to your “Call Center” group on the Cloud System App and they will automatically have access only to the doors you previously set up to that group (i.e. Main Entrance and the Call Center entrance).

Our door controllers are securely connected to an easy-to-use cloud based control system that allows you to set all security parameters. This means you control who has access to what doors, and at which times of the day, on which days of the week – all from your smart device or computer.

If you decide to have our technicians hard-wire your system, you will still have all these same features on your smart device.
